New Toyota Wildlander crossover consumes 2.6 liters of fuel per 100 km

Another modification of the RAV4, the Japanese manufacturer will present at the Shanghai International Motor Show the new Toyota Wildlander crossover, which is based on the RAV4, but has a number of noticeable differences.

The length of the Toyota Wildlander reaches 4665 mm, it is 65 mm longer than the RAV4, while the wheelbase has not changed at 2690 mm. The width and height also remained the same as the original (1855 and 1685 mm, respectively). The novelty received other bumpers, head optics and taillights.

Toyota Wildlander received a naturally aspirated 2.5-liter engine with 176 hp, which is complemented by a pair of electric motors and a battery. The total power of the entire power plant is 306 hp. On electric traction alone, a car can travel 63 km.

As for the dynamics, here the Toyota Wildlander is in full order: the first “hundred” of the crossover will be exchanged in 6.6 seconds. The fuel consumption is also pleasing, which is 2.6 liters per 100 kilometers.

Toyota Wildlander received the Multi-terrain select system, which automatically changes the transmission and drive settings, taking into account road conditions. There are also driver assistance systems, all-round cameras, collision avoidance and other technologies.

In China, the Toyota Wildlander will be asked for $ 43,000.
