MSI introduced the Optix MPG321UR-QD gaming monitor to the Japanese market. One of the interesting features of the novelty is hidden behind the last two symbols of the model designation. They indicate that the basis of the monitor is an IPS liquid crystal panel with quantum dots. The panel size is 32 inches, the resolution is 4K (3840 x 2160 pixels).

The screen covers 97% of the DCI-P3 color space. It has Display HDR 600 and Nvidia G-Sync Compatible certifications. The maximum refresh rate is 144 Hz. The pixel response time is stated to be 1 ms.

The monitor equipment includes two HDMI 2.1 inputs, a Display Port 1.4a input, a USB Type-C port with DisplayPort Alt Mode support, and 3.5 mm headphone and microphone jacks. In addition, there is a USB 2.0 hub with three inputs and six outputs. Together with the presence of a USB-C port, this made it possible to implement the KVM function with support for the simultaneous connection of up to four computers.

In Japan, the novelty costs $ 1,465. The monitor is expected to go on sale in other countries, and it will cost less there.
