Micrposoft has published a new commercial for the 2-in-1 Surface Pro 7 comparing it to a MacBook Pro laptop.

In a small video, the guy made fun of the Touch Bar of a MacBook Pro laptop, asking Apple why he needs this small touch area when the Surface Pro 7 has an entire touch screen.

It’s worth noting that since the introduction of the Touch Bar in the MacBook Pro, many users have stated that they would like to see a return to the familiar physical F-keys. According to rumors, the new MacBook Pro will not have a touch bar.

The young man in the video adds that the Surface Pro 7 comes with an electronic pen, which makes data entry even more convenient. It is also noted that the Surface Pro 7 has a detachable keyboard, so you can always get a tablet or laptop depending on the specific task.

Interestingly, Microsoft is positioning the Surface Pro 7 not only as a device for work, but also as a gaming gadget: “It’s a much better gaming device.”

In the end, it compares prices: $ 1,299 for the base MacBook Pro versus $ 890 for the Surface Pro 7.

When unfolded, the screen diagonal, as already mentioned, will be 20.25 inches, and when folded it will be 15.3 inches. At the same time, to implement the Apple project, you need to use OLED screens. Resource The Elec says that to begin with, the company should transfer the rest of the MacBook and iPad to such panels, although it is not very clear why different products cannot have different types of panels. However, we have heard more than once about the company’s plans to release iPad Pro with OLED screens. Also recall that earlier on the Web there were rumors that Apple is working on a foldable tablet. It may come out before a foldable laptop.
