LG UltraGear 27GP950 Gaming Monitor Supports 160Hz Refresh Rate

LG has announced the UltraGear LG27GP950 gaming monitor. It is based on a 27-inch Nano IPS panel with 4K resolution (3840 × 2160 pixels). The monitor is VESA DisplayHDR 600 certified. It is equipped with HDMI 2.1.

The presence of HDMI 2.1 allowed to provide support for a frame rate of 160 Hz. The description does not specify which adaptive sync technology the monitor supports – G-Sync or FreeSync, but it is known that the response time is 1 ms (GtG). The stand provides height, tilt and swivel adjustments. A full price announcement is expected this week.
