Lexar NM620 1TB M.2 2280 solid state drive priced at $ 160
Under the Lexar brand, sold to the Chinese company Longsys in 2017, the NM620 M.2 2280 solid-state drive, equipped with a PCle Gen3 x4 interface and supporting the NVMe 1.4 protocol, is presented. It uses TLC 3D NAND flash memory.
The drive is available in 256 GB, 512 GB and 1 TB sizes. The sequential read speeds reach 3000, 3300 and 3300 MB / s, respectively, and the sequential write speeds are 1300, 2400 and 3000 MB / s, respectively. As for performance on operations with random access, in read mode it reaches 92,000, 200,000 and 300,000 IOPS, respectively, and in write mode – 240,000, 256,000 and 256,000 IOPS, respectively.
The resource of the 256 GB drive is declared equal to 125 TBW, 512 GB – 250 TBW, and 1 TB – 500 TBW. These values are equivalent to 0.44 full rewrites per day during the five-year warranty period.
The manufacturer quotes the prices of 512 GB and 1 TB SSDs. They are equal to 90 and 160 dollars. Sales are already starting.

Almost all new Intel Core processors will have 14 or more cores. Specs for most Raptor Lake CPUs revealed

The specs for almost every Intel desktop processor of the Raptor Lake generation have surfaced online.
According to this document, we are waiting for 14 CPUs with the number of cores from four to 24, while there will be only one quad-core – Core i3-13100. The next model (Core i5-13400) will have 10 cores, and it will also be the only one, because the Core i5-13500 and a number of older CPUs will already offer 14 cores.
Only the Core i9s will get the new die type, as only they will have a full configuration with eight large and 16 small cores. By the way, the Core i9-13900KS is not in the table, so it really may not be, especially if we recall the recent data on the 350-watt power limit for older Cores.

Overclocked to 6.2 GHz, the Intel Core i9-13900K processor was 60% faster than the current flagship AMD Ryzen 5950X
The 13th generation Intel Core processors (Raptor Lake) continue to amaze with their overclocking capabilities and, as a result, performance. Another experiment was set up on an engineering sample of the Core i9-13900KF, whose high-performance cores were overclocked to a frequency of 6.2 GHz. The frequency of 5.2 GHz was also the most energy efficient.
In Cinebench R23, this CPU scored 42,790 in the multi-threaded test and 2263 in the single-threaded test – a very good result, especially considering that the tested CPU with lower frequencies – 5.8 GHz (high-performance cores) and 4.7 GHz (energy efficient) . With such overclocking, the Core i9-13900KF turned out to be noticeably faster than both the Core i9-12900K and even more so the Ryzen 9 5950X in a single-threaded test, and in a multi-threaded performance difference is about 50% in favor of the new Intel CPU.
In addition to Cinebench, the overclocked Core i9-13900KF was also tested in CPU-Z. In this test, it outperformed the Ryzen 9 5950X by about 60% in both single and multi-threaded tests. The superiority over the Core i9-12900K in the multi-threaded test is 70%, in the single-threaded test it is already 20%.

The results of testing the mysterious Intel A580 graphics card in the Ashes of Singularity gaming benchmark appeared – at the level of RTX 3060

The entry-level A380 graphics cards have already entered the market, and the A750, A770 and A780 are expected to appear in the near future. However, so far there has been very little information about middle management solutions. And now, in the database of the gaming benchmark from Ashes of Singularity, references to the A580 model appeared.
The GPU was tested at 1080p, where it scored 9300 points and about 95 FPS. At the same time, testing was carried out using the Vulkan graphical interface, and not DirectX12. For comparison, the RTX 3060 graphics card produces 75-96 FPS at similar settings on Vulkan.
Of course, you can’t rate the card on only one result, since the characteristics of the test platform, driver version and other indicators are unknown. However, the available data look encouraging.
At the same time, Intel itself announced another card as a competitor to the RTX 3060 – the potentially more powerful A750. It remains to wait for their release in order to compare solutions directly.
Earlier it was reported that the A380 cards have already reached the United States.
