Lens Technology patented a smartphone with 8 cameras on the back at once

At the end of May this year, Lens Technology patented a smartphone with 8 cameras on the back. It was approved on October 2. Today, renders of the device have appeared on the network – they were published by the portal LetsGoDigital.
There are two sensors in each corner of the back of the device. In addition, there are four LED flashes at once. The microphone appears to be in the middle.
The gadget has a USB Type-C port and a button on the left side.
The patent also states that the screen is completely frameless. The selfie camera is located under the display.
Lens Technology is based in Changsha City, China. The company specializes in the design and manufacture of lenses and protective glasses.
We do not know if such a smartphone is really planned. Chances are good that the patent will be limited. However, such solutions may well be used by other manufacturers in the future.
