The inexpensive Realme Band fitness bracelet was released last spring, and back in July the company confirmed that the Realme Band 2 model is being prepared for release. Now the manufacturer announced that the new product will be presented the day after tomorrow, September 15th.

It is expected that Realme Band 2 will be noticeably larger than its predecessor: the screen diagonal will increase from 0.96 to 1.4 inches. The device will also support continuous monitoring of heart rate, blood sugar (SpO2) and blood pressure. The dimensions of the device will be 45.9 x 24.6 x 12.1 mm. The fitness bracelet will support Bluetooth 5.1 (the first generation model connects via Bluetooth 4.2).

The Realme Band 2 is expected to have more features and support for more sports modes. The Realme Band was launched with support for tracking 9 sports modes, so the chances are high that the successor will get a few more modes. The battery also needs to be larger due to the larger display. IP68 protection is also expected.

The Realme Band 2 fitness bracelet is due out in India, Europe and other regions.
