It’s unsafe without it, and websites don’t open with it: Apple has withdrawn an urgent update for iPhone, iPad and Mac computers
Last night, Apple released an urgent security update package called Rapid Security Response for its main platforms – iOS 16.5.1, iPadOS 16.5.1 and macOS Ventura 13.4.1. However, after less than a day, the updates were withdrawn.
The reason for this was failures with the Safari browser. Users who installed the update began to complain on the network about problems opening a wide variety of sites in the browser. Sites simply warn you that the Safari browser is not supported after Rapid Security Response updates.
Rapid Security Response updates for iOS 16.5.1, iPadOS 16.5.1, and macOS Ventura 13.4.1 fixed a WebKit vulnerability that Apple says could have been actively exploited by attackers. Apparently, Apple will re-release RSR when the issue is resolved.

The volume of China’s computer industry in 2022 amounted to more than $362.2 billion. This became known at the World Computer Conference 2023, which opened in Changsha, Hunan Province, Central China.
The conference is dedicated to the topic “Digitalization of the world to create a new era of change in the computer industry.” Its participants discuss issues such as digital infrastructure, artificial intelligence and smart society.
“The new generation of information and communication technology has changed the model of economic and social development,” said Zhao Zhiguo, chief engineer of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

Apple says this is the largest GPU redesign in iPhone history. Compared to the GPU in the Apple A16 Bionic, the new one is 20% faster. But at the same time, it supports hardware acceleration of ray tracing, and MetalFX Upscaling technology allows you to relieve the graphics core. And all of this together is enough to run full-fledged computer games on the new iPhone Pro: Resident Evil Village, Resident Evil 4 Remake, Death Stranding and Assassin’s Creed Mirage! Yes, we have yet to evaluate the quality of graphics, resolution, etc., but this takes mobile gaming to previously unprecedented heights.
The team of the popular WhatsApp messenger has announced good news for Apple computer users – a native application for macOS has become available.
The new and improved WhatsApp app, which was released earlier in 2023 for Windows, is now available for macOS users, according to the developers.
Group video and audio calls are available for the first time in the new WhatsApp app for macOS. Up to 8 people can participate in video calls, and up to 32 people in audio calls. Users can also view the call history and receive notifications of incoming calls even when the application is closed, share files by simply dragging them to the chat, and so on.
The new app is now available for download on WhatsApp.com and will be coming to the App Store soon.
