In recent years, with the release of new iPhones, Apple has endowed younger models with older sensors from the previous generation. This year, apparently, the same thing awaits us.

iPhone 15 and 15 Plus may get a 48-megapixel sensor. Probably from iPhone 14 Pro

According to recent data, all models of the iPhone 15 line will receive 48-megapixel sensors. This does not mean that the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus will definitely get the same 1/1.28-inch optical format sensor, but it is quite likely.

At the same time, the older iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max (or 15 Ultra) are expected to receive a new, even larger 48-megapixel sensor.

The culprit behind overheating of the new iPhone 15 is

iPhone 15 smartphones, among other things, sometimes seem to suffer from excessive heating. This is especially true for the Pro versions equipped with the most advanced three-nanometer A17 Pro platform. However, the problem does not seem to be with the platform. At the very least, insider and TF International Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo blames another aspect.

The culprit behind overheating of the new iPhone 15 is saving on the cooling system. But the new items are lighter than their predecessors

According to him, the issue is in the cooling system of smartphones in general. The overheating is likely caused by “thermal design compromises” that allowed Apple to reduce the weight of the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max models. Kuo says the reduced heat dissipation area and titanium body negatively impacted heat dissipation efficiency.

Indeed, if you look at the disassembled new products, there is no dedicated cooling system with an evaporation chamber or heat pipes. However, like previous generations of iPhone.

The Huawei Mate 60 series of smartphones caused a stir after the announcement; smartphones are actively selling out. However, Huawei officials have confirmed that the Mate 60 series will not be released in overseas markets.

Yong Hai noted that Huawei was originally expected to release 5 to 6 million Mate 60 series smartphones, but now Huawei’s plans are “increasing more and more.” He added that Huawei mobile phones have not been sold in the Taiwanese market for 3 years. Sales channels, stores, service centers require reinvestment, so Taiwan will not be a priority market for the Mate 60 series at this time.

Yesterday, Huawei introduced the top model of this line, which was called Huawei Mate 60 RS Ultimate Design. IT Home was the first to publish unboxing photos.

Earlier it became known that Huawei managed to use memory chips produced by Samsung, Kioxia and even Micron, as well as SK hynix, despite US sanctions. Samsung Electronics said it has not traded with Huawei since the sanctions were imposed.
