The recently launched iPhone 13 retains the cutout design that the iPhone X brought with it, but the bangs are slightly smaller. There were already rumors that the design of the iPhone 14 would be heavily redesigned, and the bangs would be a thing of the past. Now the manufacturer from the supply chain has confirmed this information.
Lin Enping, CEO of optical lens company Largan, said a few days ago that there has been a new breakthrough in optical technology. In the next year, more and more mobile phone customers will import high quality lenses such as 8P. In this case, the resolution of the image sensors will reach 200 megapixels.
Lin Enping also said that Largan has found a new solution to the problems that have plagued the optical industry for many years and overcome the physical limits. According to Mydrivers, Largan has technically solved the bang removal problem and has plans for mass production. Largan is one of the main suppliers of iPhone camera modules.
The source confirms that the customer (Apple) has already been provided with a design plan with the bangs removed. Now it all depends on when Apple decides to switch to the new design.

AMOLED screen 6.44 inches, 64 MP and 4000 mAh. Vivo has prepared a smartphone X60t Pro
The line of smartphones Vivo X60 has six models, but the company, apparently, believes that six is not so many. Therefore, Vivo has prepared another smartphone – X60t Pro, and it is already certified in China. Consequently, the official premiere and sales are just around the corner.
Vivo X60t Pro is built on the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 single-chip platform and is equipped with a 6.44-inch AMOLED screen with Full HD + resolution. The front camera uses a 16 megapixel sensor, the main camera uses 64 and 2 megapixel sensors. The smartphone also received a 4000 mAh battery.
There are three memory configurations for Vivo X60t Pro: 6/64, 8/128 and 12/256 GB. The thickness of the smartphone is 7.79 mm, the weight is 167.9 grams. The OS is Android 11 with a proprietary FunTouch OS interface.
Sony has also removed the charger from the Xperia smartphone box. The first was the Sony Xperia 10 III
The last company to remove the charger from the smartphone box was Sony. So far, the new strategy applies only to the Sony Xperia 10 III.
Sony Germany has announced that the Xperia 10 III will be offered without a charger in some retailers at an MSRP of € 10. Through other channels, however, the phone will still ship with a charger at the regular price.
On the part of Sony, a pleasant step was a slight decrease in the price of a smartphone without a charger in the kit. Sony does not explain the reasons for the rejection of the charger, but other companies usually tie this decision to concern for the environment.
It will be interesting to see which other countries as well as models will be covered by this Sony policy in the future.
For opponents of OLED: instead of the new Redmi Note 11, the head of Redmi recommends buying Redmi Note 10 Pro
Xiaomi is actively promoting the upcoming Redmi Note 11 series of smartphones with several teasers. This device will be the first Redmi Note smartphone with an AMOLED display.
Redmi has admitted that not all fans are happy with the AMOLED display in this device. In this regard, the general manager of Redmi Lu Weibing posted a post on the social network Weibo in which he recommended an alternative device for those who do not like the AMOLED screen. Lu Weibing recommends that they get the Redmi Note 10 Pro, which is still a fairly current device.
According to Lu Weibing, developing a smartphone is a “difficult task.” No matter which solution you use, there is a group of people who think you could do better: “If you like the LCD display, you can choose our Note10Pro, which also has durable Victus Gorilla glass.”
The Redmi Note 11 Pro will feature colors like Mysterious Blackland, Shallow Dream Galaxy, Time Quiet Purple and Misty Forest. The Note 11 Pro + will offer all the same colors except for the Shallow Dream Galaxy.
