iPhone 13 finally gets the Always On Screen feature that has been found in many Android smartphones for a long time

New details about the iPhone 13 have appeared on the web, and they primarily concern screens. An important innovation will be support for the Always-On Display function. So, it will be possible to display the clock and the battery charge indicator on the display, and icons of various notifications will also be displayed on it. In principle, all this is already well known from many smartphones running Android.

The frame rate of the iPhone 13 displays will be 120Hz. In the iPhone 12, the company ditched this technology due to high battery consumption, but the iPhone 13 is credited with energy efficient displays created using LTPO technology. Finally, it is reported that the notch at the top of the iPhone 13 screen will be smaller.

The iPhone 13’s cameras will be improved, including an ultra-wide-angle camera that will better shoot in the dark. Astrophotography mode and portrait video mode will appear automatically as in Galaxy S21. Finally, stronger MagSafe magnets are promised.
