If the rumors are confirmed, Apple will present its new iPhone 12 series smartphones at the event on October 13.
Added to the mass of information about future innovations is the result of testing in the Geekbench benchmark of the Apple A14 processor, which will form the basis of future iPhones.
This single-chip platform is created using a 5-nm process. In the single-core test, the smartphone with the Apple A14 chip and 4 GB of RAM scores 1583 points, and in the multi-core – 4198 points.
If the new Cupertino chip can actually demonstrate such performance, it will make the iPhone 12 series smartphones much more powerful than Android-based competitors.
Sources indicate that the Apple A14 is about 20% faster than the previous generation Apple A13 processor.
