Intel SSD 670p lineup includes 512GB, 1TB and 2TB models

Intel’s solid state drive range has expanded with the SSD 670p line, which was announced last December. It includes M.2-2280 models equipped with a PCIe 3.0 x4 interface, which use 144-layer QLC 3D NAND memory and a re-labeled eight-channel SM2265G controller with 256 MB of DDR3L memory. The lineup includes 512GB, 1TB and 2TB models.

In the case of the last two models, the sequential read speed reaches 3500 MB / s, and the 512 GB SSD reads data at speeds up to 3000 MB / s. The sequential write speeds are 1600 MB / s for a 512 GB SSD, 2600 MB / s for a 1 TB SSD, and 2700 MB / s for a 2 TB SSD.

The resource of a 512 GB drive is declared equal to 185 TBW, 1 TB – 370 TBW, 2 TB – 740 TBW. Prices are $ 89, $ 154 and $ 329, respectively. The drives are backed by a five-year warranty.
