Intel is doing like AMD and lowering the prices of its processors. Now it is the Intel CPU that is more profitable for your money

A few days ago, it became known that at least one major European store in recent weeks has reduced prices for 10th generation Intel Core processors by 10-22%.

It turned out that this was not the initiative of only this seller. Apparently, this is an initiative of Intel itself, because prices were simultaneously reduced by the largest American networks: Amazon, Newegg, BestBuy and MicroCenter. The fact that this is the desire of Intel itself is hinted at by the fact that the new prices are identical for all stores, except for MicroCenter, where prices are even slightly lower.

So, still actual CPUs are now rated as follows (Amazon example).

For comparison, on the same Amazon you can see the prices for Ryzen 5000:

• Ryzen 5 5600X – $ 400
• Ryzen 7 5800X – $ 530
• Ryzen 9 5900X – From $ 815
• Ryzen 9 5950X – From $ 1,300

That is, Intel CPUs are now simply more interesting in terms of price-performance ratio, and this is an extremely interesting situation.
