Iceberg Thermal IceSLEET G series of processor cooling systems includes four models
Iceberg Thermal introduced the IceSLEET G series of processor cooling systems. It includes the IceSLEET G3, IceSLEET G4 Silent, IceSLEET G4 OC and IceSLEET G4 Midnight models.
IceSLEET G3 is entry-level and is suitable for processors with TDP up to 160W. Its design includes three heat pipes. Fan rotating at 600-1200 rpm creates air flow up to 85 m3/ h The maximum noise level is 20.5 dBA.
IceSLEET G4 Silent has one more heat pipe, and other parameters are the same as in the first model. This cooling system can be used with processors with a TDP of up to 170W.
The IceSLEET G4 OC cooling system with four heatpipes is focused on gaming PCs and ensures stable operation of an overclocked processor with a TDP of up to 180W. The fan speed range has been expanded to 600-1400 rpm. The maximum speed corresponds to an air flow of 99.45 m3/ h and a noise level of 22.5 dBA. The fan is adorned with an ARGB illuminated fan integrated into the translucent impeller.
IceSLEET G4 Midnight differs from the previous model in black. It is released in a limited edition.
An interesting design feature of all four models is the fan mount, which slides onto the guides formed at the corners of the casing for installation on the radiator.
North American sales are slated to begin late July 2021. There is no information yet on pricing and availability in other regions.

Withdrawing money from a VTB ATM using a QR code without a plastic card has become even easier

The VTB Bank team announced the expansion of the possibility of contactless cash withdrawals at its ATMs.
Now bank customers can withdraw funds using a QR code through VTB Online from any debit or credit card. Previously, this technology was used when withdrawing cash from digital cards.
The new functionality allows you to withdraw cash from any debit or credit card opened under a comprehensive service agreement using the VTB Online mobile application. The client needs to scan the QR code located on the main screen of the ATM, then select the card from which the funds will be debited, enter the required amount and confirmation code, after which the cash withdrawal will begin.
The cash withdrawal service at VTB ATMs without the use of plastic cards was launched in 2020. To carry out this operation, users had to first activate the “Cash withdrawal without a card” service in VTB Online, after which the funds on the master account became available for contactless withdrawal. Last autumn, the bank’s customers got the opportunity to withdraw cash from digital cards without connecting additional services in the mobile application, and now a similar technology is available for all customer cards under a comprehensive service agreement.

A photo of the GeForce GTX 2080 video card was published on Reddit – it is claimed that this is a prototype

In August 2018, during the launch of the GeForce 20 graphics cards, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huand jokingly announced the arrival of the GTX 1180 card. Of course, such a model does not exist, but there is another one. Apparently, Nvidia planned to release at least one 20-series card with the name GTX.
A Reddit user under the pseudonym upance22 posted several photos of what is allegedly an engineering sample of the GTX 2080 video card. If this is not a high-quality fake, then such a card was really planned to be released.
According to the source, the card was purchased on eBay for $360, and the seller used it to mine cryptocurrencies. The card has a cooling system and a PG180 board identical to the production version of the RTX 2080.
At the same time, it seems that the engineering version uses a graphics chip with support for ray tracing and DLSS. So it’s the only GTX card capable of doing that.
Note that the original post is already deleted, but some test results are given in the comments. The author managed to run GTA 5 on the system with this map.

Intel compares Arc A750 to Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 in games

Intel has released its own performance data for the near-flagship Arc A750 graphics card. Judging by these data, the new product is slightly above the level of the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060.
Tested at 1080p and 1440p in 50 games using DirectX 12 and Vulkan graphics APIs. Based on benchmarks, the A750 is 3% faster than the RTX 3060 in DirectX 12 games at 1080p. It’s also about 5% faster at 1440p.
In games with Vulkan, the Intel card is about 4% faster than the RTX 3060 at 1080p and about 5% faster at 1440p.
All tests were conducted without ray tracing and did not use performance enhancement technologies such as XeSS or DLSS.
As for specific games, in Resident Evil VIII the A750 has a frame rate of 160 FPS, while the RTX 3060 has a frame rate of 133 FPS. In Dolmen, the figures are 263 FPS for the A750, but the RTX 3060 has a higher level – 347 frames per second.
Earlier it was reported that in the Cotrol game, the Intel card outperformed its competitors.
