The author of the DandyWorks channel, through simple manipulations, lowered the memory temperature of his RTX 3070 Ti from 110 degrees to just 64 degrees, that is, almost twice.

It turned out that it was enough to replace the native thermal pads on the memory chips with copper ones. These can even be found on sale for 10-20 dollars. True, their installation is not as simple as in the case of conventional thermal pads. In addition, due to the fact that copper is an excellent conductor, it is worth taking care of insulation. The author of the video used Kapton tape for this.

You also need to understand that such manipulations will lead to the loss of the guarantee, which not everyone will agree to.
