How safe is Motorola over-the-air charging? Company comment

Motorola yesterday unveiled its own technology for charging smartphones over the air, which sparked a heated discussion. Many people worry about whether this technology is harmless to human health.

They also discussed the moment in which the charger was covered with a hand, after which the charging process was immediately stopped. Motorola has released a clarification on yesterday’s announcement and has posted a new video demonstrating that charging continues even when objects are placed between the smartphones and the station.

Chen Jin, general manager of Lenovo’s China mobile phone division, said charging stops when a hand or other body part appears between the devices. This is a special safety feature designed for the health of users.

Xiaomi yesterday also unveiled the new next generation Mi Air Charge wireless charging technology, which allows you to charge multiple devices at the same time without using cables or a wireless charging cradle.
