According to an insider, the Honor X40 GT 5G will feature “a rare ultra-fast screen for a mid-range phone.” It’s an IPS panel, not OLED. The phone is also credited with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC, a 5000 mAh battery and 66 W charging support. Honor today announced the date of the official premiere of the Honor X40 GT 5G: it will take place on October 13th.

Digital Chat Station was previously the first to accurately announce the specifications and release dates of Redmi K30, K40, Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 11.

For iPhone 15 Apple will purchase the latest Sony sensors

Sony will supply its state-of-the-art image sensors to Apple, which will be used in the iPhone 15 line of smartphones.

For iPhone 15, Apple will purchase the latest Sony sensors, which have no analogues on the market

The new Sony Semiconductor Solutions sensor has roughly doubled the saturation signal per pixel compared to conventional image sensors. This matches the description of the new technology that Sony talked about last year.

This is the industry’s first multi-layer CMOS sensor. While the photodiodes and pixel transistors of conventional CMOS sensors are formed in the same layer, they are in different layers in the new sensor. This allows you to expand the dynamic range, increase the photosensitivity and reduce the noise level.

Apparently, this technology has not yet found application in any of Sony’s sensors. Whether Apple will be the first to receive such sensors is unknown. It is also unclear whether they will be used in all iPhone 15 or only in older models. Given the trends of recent years, as well as all the rumors about Apple’s intention to separate younger and older iPhones more strongly, it is likely that only older models will get new sensors, or even exclusively iPhone 15 Ultra.

These numbers will begin with the code +888, and it will be impossible to call them. They are designed specifically to work with Telegram and are used to receive confirmation codes. It is not yet reported whether there will be rooms with a different code.

The price, terms of sale or other data about the system are also not reported. However, it is possible that the scheme will work the same way as with nicknames that are already sold on Fragment.

Note that the site has already found the most expensive nickname – @news. They paid $1.76 million for it. The name of the buyer is not disclosed.

Even the cheapest Samsung Galaxy A series phone will look

Insider Evan Blass has published a high-quality rendering of one of the most affordable Samsung phones – the Galaxy A14. The front panel of the novelty with a tear-shaped screen cutout and a large “chin” looks typical for a “state employee”, but the back panel with three island modules is very reminiscent of what we will see in the Galaxy S23 flagship phones.

In 2023, Samsung is scaling up the flagship Galaxy S23 design to almost all of its phones, but some (like Ice Universe insider) are calling it a mistake. And while low-end users may be flattered by the resemblance to a flagship, it’s unlikely to work the other way around.

According to Evan Blass, the Galaxy A14 will have a large screen with a diagonal of 6.8 inches, but its resolution will be small – HD+. The phone also has a 5000 mAh battery. The front camera will have a sensor with a resolution of 13 megapixels, the resolution of the main sensor of the main camera is 50 megapixels.

Evan Blass has previously been noted for many truthful leaks. At one time, he published accurate images of the Sony Xperia 5 II, Galaxy Note20, Galaxy Z Fold 2, Galaxy Tab S7, Galaxy Watch 3 and Samsung Galaxy Buds Live, Xiaomi 12 before their official premiere.
