Half-kilogram smartphone with a 15600 mAh battery and NFC: Oukitel WP15 5G got a price and release date
Oukitel recently introduced the Oukitel WP15, the world’s first rugged 5G smartphone with a 15600 mAh battery. The smartphone can work without recharging for up to one week.
Now the company has confirmed that the Oukitel WP15 smartphone will go on sale on AliExpress from August 23 at a price of $ 300. It was also announced that early adopters will be able to win the Oukitel WP15 and 70 other prizes.
The manufacturer said that Oukitel WP15 works 1300 hours of standby time and 90 hours of talk time. The smartphone supports 18W wired charging (full charge takes 5 hours) and reverse charging of other mobile devices, while it weighs 485g.
It is equipped with an eight-core single-chip Mediatek Dimensity 700 5G system. Data download speed reaches 2.3 GB / s. The amount of RAM is 8 GB, the capacity of flash memory is 128 GB. It is possible to install a memory card with a capacity of up to 256 GB. There is an NFC module.
Oukitel WP15 is equipped with a 6.52-inch display with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels with an aspect ratio of 18: 9. Oukitel WP15 meets the requirements of the American military standard MIL-STD-810G, as well as IP69K protection. There is an 8MP selfie camera on the front of the device. The main camera is equipped with a 48MP Sony image sensor. Additionally, there are cameras with a resolution of 2 and 0.3 megapixels.

Contrary to some recent rumors, only the most expensive iPhone in the line is likely to get a periscope camera next year as well.
Tianfeng International analyst Ming-Chi Kuo claims that only the iPhone 16 Pro Max or iPhone 16 Ultra will get such a camera in 2024 if Apple changes its name. Recall that such a camera is already expected in the iPhone 15 Pro Max, which Kuo also confirms.
