Google’s lightweight gallery for the lowest-cost Android smartphones has crossed an important milestone. Gallery Go installs exceeded 50 million

The Google Gallery Go app has crossed an important milestone – the number of installs in the online store Google Play exceeded 50 million.
Google introduced Gallery Go in the summer of 2019. This is a simplified version of Photos gallery, aimed primarily at the most budgetary smartphones based on Android Go and markets with poor Internet access. Thus, 50 million installations were achieved in a year and a half.
Gallery Go allows you to manage photos on your smartphone, quickly find them thanks to automatic grouping, and edit pictures. The application can work without an Internet connection, is small, can view and copy pictures stored on memory cards, and move them from one card to another.
