It’s no secret that Volkswagen is preparing an updated eighth-generation Golf – it should debut at the end of this year (or early next) and will be sold unchanged until 2028, after which it will go down in history. And now, for the first time, the updated Golf (and even in the plug-in hybrid version) was captured without camouflage – it winds kilometers somewhere on the roads of Germany.

Since we are talking about a mid-term update, there are no special innovations in the exterior. The car will get narrower headlights, a slightly modified front bumper, taillights with new graphics.

But in the cabin of such a car (Golf eHybrid is one of the top versions of the model) a media system with a huge screen is installed. The company does not officially name the size of the diagonal, but, apparently, a 15-inch screen is installed as in the ID electric liftback. 7. But if for a large ID. 7 (we recall that it is the electric successor to the Passat) such a display is still somehow appropriate, but for a Golf it looks very large.

It is also noted that the touchpads on the steering wheel, which Golf owners complained about, have been replaced with conventional mechanical buttons.

High-quality images of the Redmi 12 smartphone have appeared on the Web in several color options. Judging by the abundance of leaks, the novelty will go on sale in the very near future.

As you can see, the device will be available in at least three colors: black, blue and gradient silver.

Resource Winfuture confirms recent leaks regarding the characteristics of the smartphone. The novelty will receive a 90-Hz screen with a diagonal of 6.79 inches, SoC Helio G88, 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of flash memory, a 50-megapixel main camera and a 5000 mAh battery with 18-watt charging. As we have already noted, in comparison with Redmi 10, which debuted almost two years ago, the only important difference is the significantly enlarged screen. Perhaps Xiaomi also used a different camera sensor, keeping the resolution, but we don’t know about that yet.

At the same time, Redmi 10 started at a price of 165 euros, and almost the same Redmi 12, which looks much more outdated for 2023, will cost 210 euros in Europe.

Diablo IV has already become available for a number of players, and the authors of Tom`s Hardware decided to test the game on different video cards, including very old ones, because the project has low system requirements, and gamers who participated in the beta test reported that the game feels great on older GPUs.

It turned out that even old 3D cards like the GeForce GTX 670 are enough for normal operation of the game in Full HD at minimum graphics quality settings. Even such an adapter with only 2 GB of memory provides more than 60 fps, although the 1% Low indicator drops up to 28 fps. The GTX 1050 performs better, hitting 56 fps and around 40 fps for 1% Low.

At the same resolution, but already at the maximum graphics quality settings, the GTX 1050 is no longer enough, as the 1% Low value drops to 15 fps. But the GTX 970 or RX 570 handles the game without any problems.

In the same mode, but at 1440p resolution, it is better to get something like the RX 590 or GTX 1070, although the activation of FSR 2 allows you to continue using the same GTX 970.

4K resolution traditionally places much higher demands on the graphics subsystem. Here you already need a video card of a level not lower than the Radeon RX 6600, but better than the RTX 3060. For the cherished 60 fps, you will have to buy at least an RTX 4060 Ti or RX 6700 XT.

It is also worth noting that the game does not currently support ray tracing, but soon such a mode will appear, which will increase the requirements for the GPU.
