Iiyama has expanded its range of gaming monitors with two new models in the G-Master Red Eagles line: GB3467WQSU and G4380UHSU-B1. They use matte VA panels.
In the case of the G4380UHSU-B1, this is a 43-inch flat 4K panel. The screen of this monitor is characterized by a brightness of 550 cd/m², a contrast ratio of 4000:1 and a response time MPRT of 0.4 ms. The monitor supports a refresh rate of 144Hz. A remote control is included for adjusting settings such as brightness or volume. The monitor is equipped with a headphone hook at the back of the screen to help users keep their desktop tidy. The G4380UHSU-B1 stand is designed to tilt the monitor up to 10° up and 2° down. The monitor has two HDMI inputs, two DisplayPort inputs, two USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports and a headphone jack.
The basis of the model GB3467WQSU-B1 is a 34-inch concave panel (1500R curvature) with a resolution of 3440 x 1440 pixels. The monitor features 550 cd/m² brightness, 3000:1 contrast ratio, 0.4ms MPRT response time and supports refresh rates up to 165Hz. Quick access to the settings provides a joystick on the back of the case. The monitor has two HDMI inputs, two DisplayPort inputs, four USB 3.0 ports and a headphone jack. The stand provides 130 mm height adjustment, tilt angle ranging from 20° up to 3° down.
Both the G4380UHSU-B1 and GB3467WQSU-B1 support FreeSync Premium adaptive sync technology.

Huawei has officially unveiled the next-generation 14-inch MagicBook 14 laptop. Even before the announcement, Huawei characterized the novelty as a device with outstanding autonomy, and now it became clear why it was implemented: the developers call the novelty the world’s first 14-inch laptop with a 75 Wh battery. It was also said about the influence of Magic OS (this is a set of proprietary applications for Windows) on the device’s ability to work 20 hours offline, but battery capacity still plays a decisive role here.
I must say, while the MagicBook 14 2022 is thin and compact (although the screen bezels could be smaller), it even allows you to play games – and even with ray tracing! The Nvidia GeForce RTX 2050 discrete 3D accelerator is responsible for graphics processing in this model. However, the basic models get by with integrated graphics, and the “middle” version offers a simpler discrete GPU – the GeForce MX 550.
Processors – Intel Core i5-12500H in the base version and Intel Core i7-12650H – in the top one. The amount of LPDDR5 RAM was 16 GB, the amount of SSD – 512 GB. The novelty received a new cooling system with two fans, two heat pipes and a radiator increased by 66% of the area. Compared to its predecessor, the airflow is increased by 35%.
The 14-inch laptop screen covers 88.15% of the lid. The resolution is 2160 x 1440 pixels, the frame rate is standard 60 Hz. The display is characterized by a brightness of 300 cd/m2, a contrast ratio of 1500:1 and coverage of 100% of the sRGB color space.
The case of Honor MagicBook 14 2022 is made of aluminum. The thickness is 15.9 mm, and the weight of the device is 1.54 kg. The configuration of the device also includes a fingerprint scanner built into the power key, a backlit keyboard, a webcam that allows you to record 720p video, a pair of USB-C ports.
The new MagicBook 14 with Core i5 retails for $810, but early adopters can pre-order for $735. The Core i7 version is priced at $840. Sales of new items in China will start on May 19.
Aya Neo portable consoles introduced with Ryzen 6800U, OLED and Windows OS
Aya Neo has announced Aya Neo Air and Aya Neo 2 handheld game consoles. Aya NeoAir is the first Windows-based handheld console with an OLED screen, while Aya Neo 2 is powered by AMD Ryzen 6800U chipset.
Aya Neo Air is equipped with a modern vibration motor, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, a USB-C port and a microSD card slot. It also has RGB lighting and speaker holes on both sides. The Aya Neo Air is very similar to the Nintendo Switch Lite but powerful enough to match the Steam Deck.
Aya Neo is equipped with a 6-inch 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution screen that covers 109% of the NTSC color space. Aya Neo Air is based on the Ryzen 5000 APU. The device weighs about 420 grams.
The Aya Neo Air is available for pre-order now in China, where the device is priced at $647.
The Aya Neo model has a 5.5-inch OLED screen and AMD Ryzen 6800U chipset, which is the first to be used in a handheld game console. There are no details about the device, but it is known that it will be released at the end of the year.
Bloomberg talks about iOS 16 and Apple Watch non-invasive blood glucose monitor
Editor Mark Gurman of Bloomberg has published new information about the iOS 16 operating system, which is due to be announced at Apple’s WWDC developer conference. The event will begin on June 6 this year.

These readings are used to determine the dose of insulin that a diabetic should inject before eating.
However, there are many problems associated with creating such a sensor, and Mark Gurman does not expect Apple to be able to implement such a feature in its watches within a few years.
