First Smart Watch from OnePlus To Be Released Early 2021

Published

on

For several months now, rumors have circulated on the net that OnePlus is developing its first smartwatch. A few hours ago, this information was confirmed by the CEO of the company, and also indicated when the smart watch will be officially presented.

Pete Lau made it clear on his Twitter that the OnePlus smartwatch is in development. OnePlus Watch (tentative name) will be unveiled early next year. However, the OnePlus CEO did not provide any further details on the smartwatch.

Various leaks and rumors suggest the OnePlus Watch will receive a round display. At the same time, previously insider Max Jumbor said that OnePlus smart watches will not use the Google Wear OS operating system.

We hope that more information will appear in the near future, both about the technical equipment of the OnePlus Watch and the appearance of the device. Considering that the company has gained significant weight in the electronic device market lately, smartwatches can be a nice addition to the OnePlus ecosystem.
