Chuwi has opened pre-orders for the Chuwi CoreBook Xe, which is the first laptop with Intel Iris Xe Max (DG1). As a reminder, Intel launched its first discrete graphics card, DG1, at CES 2020, targeting the consumer laptop market.

Intel Iris Xe Max uses the new XE architecture, 10nm process technology and has 96 EU execution units, 768 main stream processors, a core frequency of 1.65 GHz and an independent video memory of 4 GB. In addition, the DG1 supports Intel Deeplink Technology, which dramatically improves video encoding performance. In benchmarks, the DG1 outperformed Nvidia’s GeForce MX450 in DX12 and was close to the GTX 1050 TI MAX-Q in performance.

Those interested can leave their e-mail address on the manufacturer’s website and receive a $ 100 discount, laptop bag and other exclusive gifts as a gift. The price including the discount will be $ 599.

Chuwi CoreBook Xe is positioning a portable business laptop. The CoreBook Xe uses a 10th Gen Intel i5-10210U processor with four cores and eight threads. The core frequency can reach 4.2GHz. The laptop is equipped with a 15.6-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It got 8GB of RAM and a 256GB solid state drive. It also supports SSD expansion up to 1TB. The battery capacity is 90 Wh.
