Elon Musk, who recently became the owner of the social network Twitter, seems to have marked the next important change in this platform.

Twitter private messages should be end-to-end encrypted, such as in Signal, so that no one can spy on or hack into your messages.

That is, Musk believes that private messages on Twitter are not secure enough, and the company should implement end-to-end encryption, as in messengers. Given that the platform has gone private, such a security measure clearly needs to be implemented.

In fact, Twitter has already worked on encryption for private messages before, but for some reason abandoned this idea. Active users of the platform can only hope that this message from the Mask will lead to appropriate changes as soon as possible.

The authors of the Phoronix portal tested the AMD Epyc 7763 CPU with a new firmware designed to fix the vulnerability, and found that in a number of tasks there was no impact on performance, but in some the drop turned out to be simply huge: up to 54%, that is, more than twice. Most often, a significant decrease in performance is recorded in applications working with databases, code compilation, design and image processing.

Update number 1.395.318.0 for Windows 10 and Windows 11 adds detection of various Trojans, ransomware and backdoors, and also brings “critical” performance fixes that will improve PC performance, but not only.

However, for many users, the most noticeable change will be that Microsoft Defender has learned to detect pirated versions of the OS, reset activation and block the AutoKMS (Key Management Service), which hackers and pirates used to activate Windows for free. This is one of the most popular tools for bypassing the Microsoft licensing system.

The Iraqi Ministry of Communications has announced that it has blocked the popular messaging app Telegram for national security reasons and in order to preserve the integrity of the personal data of users who were allegedly mistreated by the app.

The app is widely used in Iraq for messaging and as a source of news and content sharing. Some channels contain large amounts of personal information, including the names, addresses, and family ties of Iraqis.

The ministry said in a statement that it asked the app to shut down “platforms that leak data from official government agencies and citizens’ personal data… but the company has not responded to any of the requests.”
