The other day, Elon Musk said that the number of users of the beta version of the Tesla Full Self-Driving (FSD) autopilot has already exceeded 100,000 people, although just six months ago there were only 2,000. At the same time, the billionaire is in no hurry to share any details about the work of FSD.
During a conference call following the release of Tesla’s Q1 2022 financial results, Musk was directly asked to release more data on Tesla FSD. To which the head of Tesla replied that it was better to evaluate everything yourself by joining the FSD Beta program.
The best way to get your own score is to join the FSD beta test, which currently has over 100,000 members and we expect a significant expansion this year. Here’s my recommendation: Join the Autopilot Beta Program, try it out for yourself, and notice the rate of improvement with each release. We release updates roughly every two weeks. You will see our signature principle: two steps forward and one step back, but overall the rate of improvement is incredibly fast. So my recommendation for achieving your own score is to try it yourself.
And everything would be fine, but the opportunity to fully test FSD costs quite a lot of money. Not only do you need a Tesla car, and very old modifications will not work. You also have to pay an additional $12,000 to activate the FSD Beta feature. In addition, you still have to score a high score in the Tesla driving assessment system.
