ECS Industrial Computer, also known as ECSIPC, is a subsidiary of leading motherboard and computer manufacturer Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS). ECSIPC has joined forces with Intel with the introduction of the LEET Z790H7-A motherboard and the LEET B660 barebones gaming computer.

The Z790H7-A motherboard provides excellent performance for gamers and professionals. It is compatible with 12th and 13th generation Intel Core processors (Raptor Lake-S and Alder Lake-S) and also supports Windows 11 64-bit.

The Intel Z790 chipset has improved the overclocking function, it also supports DDR5 and PCIe5 RAM. DDR5 delivers 50% higher throughput than DDR4, while PCIe 5.0 increases TPS from 16 GT/s (with PCIe 4.0) to 32 GT/s.

The Z790H7-A is equipped with 4 M.2 SSD slots. The motherboard is equipped with a USB 3.2 Gen2x2 Type-C (20 Gb / s) port, in particular, for external storage devices. The Z790H7-A motherboard is equipped with an 18-phase digital power supply. In terms of Internet support, the motherboard is equipped with an Intel 2.5G LAN connector and supports M.2 2230 802.11ax wireless communication.

The Z790H7-A motherboard uses one-click BIOS update, which makes it easy for ordinary users. The Z790H7-A motherboard boasts individual adjustable LEDs and an 8-channel ALC1220 audio chip with Japanese capacitors.

The LEET B660 barebone computer supports 12th generation Intel processors (Core i3, i5, i7 and i9). LEET B660 can be equipped with two graphics cards. In particular, the manufacturer offers versions with NVIDIA Nvidia RTX 3070/3060 Ti video cards, as well as AMD Radeon RX 6650 XT.

The computer received an ECS B660H7-M20 motherboard based on the Intel B660 chipset. It supports up to 64 GB of RAM, and the power supply has a power of 550 or 650 W, depending on the version.

LEET B660 is equipped with clear tempered glass side panels that can be easily opened without tools. The LEET B660 has plenty of room for airflow with large air intakes.

Intel wants to release a processor with more than a

Intel is going to create processors with more than a trillion transistors in less than 10 years.

At the IEDM 2022 event, the company published nine research papers on future developments and plans. In particular, it describes new 2D materials for transistors, a new 3D packaging technology that will reduce the performance and power gap between chiplets and single-chip processors to an almost imperceptible range, and so on. Intel is betting heavily on a new 3D packaging technology for Quasi-Monolithic Chips (QMC). The bottom line is that QMC aims to offer almost the same performance as interconnects used in monolithic chips. QMC is known to be a new sub-3 micron pitch hybrid interconnect technology that results in a 10x increase in power efficiency and performance density compared to Intel designs presented at last year’s IEDM. The 10 micron step approach was described last year, and even that was already a 10x improvement over current technologies. That is, Intel, at least on paper, was able to achieve a 100-fold improvement in energy efficiency and density in just a few years. In addition, QMC also allows multiple chips to be stacked vertically on top of each other.
