Core i7-1260P, up to 48GB RAM and up to 4TB SSD. Huawei unveils all-new Qingyun G540 laptop weighing just 1.39kg
Huawei has introduced a completely new line of laptops – Qingyun. This series is aimed at corporate clients, and the first model in the line was Qingyun G540.
Huawei has tried to make the laptop thin and light – the thickness is 17.2 mm, weight – 1.39 kg. The body is made of aluminum alloy, and the lid leans back to a decent 180° angle
The diagonal of the IPS screen is 14 inches, the resolution is Full HD. Provides coverage of 100% of the sRGB color space. The hardware platform is based on 12th generation Intel Core processors, in the top version – Core i7-1260P. The base has 16 GB of DDR4-3200 RAM and a 512 GB SSD. But the RAM can be upgraded up to 48 GB and the SSD up to 4 TB.
Also in the configuration are two speakers with a total power of 4 W, a 56 W battery providing up to 11.5 hours of autonomy, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, one USB 2.0, HDMI 1.4 video output, a USB-C port with Thunderbolt 4 interface and an RJ- 45 Gigabit Ethernet adapters. The package includes a 65W power supply.
Vesta with Qingyun G540 is presented with the Qingyun S540 model. Its parameters are exactly the same (down to thickness and weight), but in the description of the Qingyun S540 parameters, support for Wi-Fi 6 appears.

Will the GeForce RTX 5080 be able to compete with the RTX 4090 and even beat it? At a minimum, the GB203 GPU will be able to compete with the AD102
After the announcement of Nvidia’s monstrous Blackwell-generation GPU for AI, data began to appear about gaming solutions from the same line. Today we already talked about the GB202 GPU for the RTX 5090, now it’s the turn of more affordable solutions.
According to insider XpeaGPU, who revealed some of Blackwell's specifications before Nvidia's announcement yesterday, the GB203 GPU that will power the GeForce RTX 5080 will be close in raster performance to the AD102, that is, to the RTX 4090. The ray tracing performance of the new GPU will be even higher.
True, this is data about the GPU, and how exactly it will be implemented in the form of a video card is still unclear. The insider writes that everything will depend on AMD, but let us remind you that all the latest data suggests that AMD in the RX 8000 line will limit itself to only mid-budget solutions and will not release a real flagship adapter.
As for the GB203 GPU, it is now credited with half the CUDA cores of the GB202 and a 256-bit bus. Whether this will be enough to compete with the RTX 4090 is anyone's guess.

Overgrown card reader. The CAZE device offers 20 slots for memory cards and SIM cards
There is a fundraiser on Kickstarter for a very unusual card reader. Asuizo's device is called CAZE, and the manufacturer calls it an All-in-one solution.
The bottom line is that CAZE is a card reader with 20 memory card slots! True, there is no smell of universality here. Those same 20 slots are four slots for SD cards, 12 slots for microSD and four for Nano-SIM cards. True, there is another USB port, and USB-C is used to connect to a PC.
It is worth highlighting support for SD4.0 UHS-II and data transfer speeds of up to 300 MB/s. The card reader itself is not the smallest block of plastic and aluminum measuring 95 x 78 x 25 mm and weighing 152 g.
As part of the campaign, CAZE can be purchased starting at $50. Deliveries are expected to begin this summer. The campaign itself, by the way, is successful, since it collected many times more than the requested amount.

This will be the heart of the GeForce RTX 5090. The GB202 GPU is credited with 24,576 CUDA cores
We have already become acquainted with Nvidia’s first-born within the Blackwell generation. This is a GPU for AI accelerators with monstrous parameters. But the Blackwell generation will also include gaming solutions, and today details emerged about the top-end GB202 GPU, which will serve as the heart of the GeForce RTX 5090.
This GPU will use the same process technology as the B100/B200, which is TSMC 4NP. That is, we will not yet receive 3-nanometer gaming GPUs, at least from Nvidia. It is still unknown how AMD will fare.
The new GPU will also offer a significant increase in the amount of L1 cache memory per compute unit.
As for the number of these same blocks, the GPU will contain 12 GPC blocks, each of which has 8 TPCs. If the configuration is saved like Ada Lovelace, then this tells us about 24,576 CUDA cores. For comparison, the AD102 has 18,432 cores, which means an increase of 33%, which is quite a lot.
