Chewing gum and other novelties – it became known that XPG will show at CES 2021

The XPG brand, dedicated to Adata to promote gaming components and peripherals, spoke about its virtual exhibit at CES 2021, which is known to be online only this year.

The list opens with the XPG XENIA Xe ultrabook, which according to the manufacturer is suitable not only for games, but also for work. It was the result of a collaboration with Intel. Equipped with a 15.6-inch Full HD touchscreen at its thinnest point, the Ultrabook is 11 mm thick and weighs 1.65 kg. The system is based on an Intel Core i5-1135G7 or i7-1165G7 processor. The battery life is stated to be 16 hours. In the equipment, the manufacturer allocates a 1 TB solid-state drive.

By the way, as far as SSDs are concerned, XPG will be showing the Gammix S70 M.2 2280 with PCIe Gen4 interface. For this SSD, read and write speeds up to 7400 and 6400 MB / s, respectively, and performance up to 650,000 and 740,000 IOPS, respectively, are declared. The XPG Gammix S70 features a massive heatsink.

Another novelty in this category is the Adata SE900G external SSD, which is adorned with RGB lighting. It is enclosed in a metal case for protection from external influences and good cooling. The USB 3.2 Gen2x2 drive is capable of transferring data at speeds up to 2000MB / s in both read and write modes.

Also shown will be XPG DEFENDER PRO and XPG STARKER AIR cases designed for E-ATX and ATX boards, respectively. The first model accommodates video cards up to 380 mm in length and air cooling systems for processors up to 170 mm in height. The front panel of the case is a magnetic mesh. The case comes with three pre-installed XPG VENTO 120 ARGB fans. The XPG STARKER AIR features an innovative air filter and the ability to mount a graphics card vertically. Both cases will be available in black and white.

The XPG exhibit will also feature the LEVANTE PRO LSS based on the 7th generation Asetek platform. This 360mm radiator system has a 2.1-inch display integrated into the pump cover.

The manufacturer mentions DDR5 modules, which we talked about yesterday, and SD Express memory cards, to which there was also a separate news item.

In addition, XPG PRIME software, which unites all XPG devices into a single ecosystem, and XPG GRIT, a first-person shooter (FPS) training simulator, will be presented.

Rounding out the list is XPG Gaming Gum. According to the manufacturer, it helps fight the decreased concentration and fatigue that plague players during extended gaming sessions. Gum contains caffeine and lutein, an antioxidant believed to be beneficial to the eyes. XPG Gaming Gum has a refreshing mint flavor.
