Bittle Palm-Size Robot Dog Raises Over $ 600,000 on Indiegogo

Petoi Bittle appeared on the Kickstarter platform a few months ago, where it became one of the hits, after which the robot dog moved to Indiegogo, where it continues to grow. At the moment, the project has already raised 610 thousand dollars.
The Petoi Bittle is a miniature yet versatile robot dog capable of performing various tricks and commands. The system runs on NyBoard V1, a custom Arduino board, all powered by a Raspberry Pi.
The robot is able to analyze conditions by sensors and make independent decisions. We talked about the features of Petoi Bittle 3 months ago, and you can read about it here.
One of the advantages of the product is the ability to “revive” the pet with your own hand, that is, its assembly. Unlike robots of famous brands, you will not have to pay to improve the mood of a robop. Open source allows you to teach the system new skills and share them with others using a shared library.
Petoi Bittle supports the installation of additional modules to expand functionality. This robot dog will interest those who want to surprise others, find new family entertainment or get an undemanding pet.
Bittle’s robot price on Indiegogo is $ 250. Deliveries are scheduled for January 2021.
