New iPads with notches: what they will be

According to LeaksApplePro, Apple is preparing three new iPad Pro tablets equipped with the Apple M2 single-chip system, which outperforms the Apple M1 by 18 and 35% in CPU and GPU speeds, respectively.
The most interesting of the trio will be a tablet with a screen diagonal of 14.1 inches, which will be released next year. The sixth-generation iPad Pro comes in 11-inch and 12.9-inch screen sizes this year. In addition to the Apple M2, they will also get a 5G modem and a Mini LED screen. The tablets will start at $800 and $1,100 for the 128GB versions.
As for the 14.1-inch version, it also features a Mini LED screen, a minimum storage capacity of 256 GB, and a price starting at $1,400.
Presumably, new tablets will receive a screen with a notch-type cutout, which iPhone smartphones will begin to abandon this year.

An enthusiast has created a giant working version of the Xbox Series X console

Like most home consoles, the Xbox Series X has been specifically designed to fit neatly into your living room. However, this was not enough for engineer Michael Pick, so he decided to create the world’s largest functional version of the Xbox Series X himself.
The author’s idea was partly inspired by a huge Microsoft refrigerator in the design of the console. However, the author wanted to keep the game features and copy the design exactly.
At the first stage, Peak had to create a wooden frame that mimics the body. Some parts had to be printed on a 3D printer and, mind you, glued. And on the rear panel of the giant console there are enlarged copies of real connectors – USB, audio and video output, network port, and so on.
Inside is the real Xbox Series X, and the button presses on the giant console are already transmitted to it. The final version is over 2 meters high, 1 meter wide and weighs 113 kg.
The giant Xbox Series X has already made it into the Guinness Book of Records. Michael donated it to the YMCA Youth and Adolescent Development Center in Atlanta, Georgia.

SpaceX uses Mechazilla for the first time to lift a giant rocket with 33 Raptor 2 engines

SpaceX this week at Starbase in Boca Chica, Texas, used the 140-meter Mechazilla launch tower for the first time to lift a 70-meter Super Heavy booster with 33 Raptor 2 engines installed.
We are talking about the Super Heavy Booster 7 rocket, which is supposed to send the Starship SN24 spacecraft into orbit this summer. The launch vehicle was lifted with the help of robotic arms and placed on the launch pad for further tests.
The process was broadcast in real time on the NASA Spaceflight YouTube channel. The episode with the actual rise is shown in a small excerpt below.
The following video allows you to evaluate the scale of Super Heavy Booster 7 and Mechazilla compared to people.
Next week, June 27-29, fire tests of the booster will be carried out, which will be the next one before the first orbital launch.
Musk has previously said that the company will have a prototype Starship rocket “ready to fly” by July. He added that the company “will have a second Starship prototype ready to fly in August” and plans to fly “on a monthly basis.”
