Apple will release a MacBook with an OLED screen, but not before the end of 2024
According to well-known analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple will switch its MacBooks to OLED screens in the foreseeable future.
True, the first such laptop will be released no earlier than the end of 2024, that is, it may come out later. What that model will be is still unclear, although Kuo notes that OLED screens could make laptops thinner and lighter.
One would think that against the backdrop of mixing the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro lines, the Cupertino giant could use OLED panels only in the second models in order to further separate the lines, but, firstly, Air and Pro are still quite different in displays, and in Secondly, Kuo previously noted that Apple is also preparing a MacBook Air with an OLED screen.
The analyst also believes that as Apple moves to OLED screens in its laptops, the industry will also begin to actively switch to such panels.

Not Intel, not AMD, and not even Elbrus or Baikal. Presented laptop Haier Boyue G43 on the Chinese CPU Zhaoxin KX-6000G

Haier introduced the Boyue G43 laptop based on the Chinese Zhaoxin KX-6000G processor. This mobile PC was nominally shown at the time of the announcement of the CPU in November, but now a full-fledged announcement has taken place.
The Boyue G43 also has 8GB of DDR4 RAM, a 512GB SSD, a 14-inch Full HD IPS screen, and a 65Wh battery. It is extremely difficult to judge autonomy, given the little-studied processor. But we do know that it has a TDP of 15W.
There’s also a backlit keyboard, fingerprint scanner, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, USB 3.1, USB-C (x2), USB 2.0 (x2), and HDMI. The laptop can run both Windows and UOS and Kirin. Unfortunately, there is no price information yet.
As for the processor, we recall that the KX-6000G is a quad-core solution, which is produced using the 16 nm process technology. The CPU operates at frequencies of 2.0-3.0 GHz and has an integrated C-1080 graphics core with support for DirectX 12, OpenCL 1.2, OpenGL 4.6 and 4K displays.
