Apple To Launch iPad 9 In Early 2021 With A13 Bionic Chipset And 10.5-inch Display Starting From $ 329
New report from China reveals many details about the next iPad, tentatively named iPad 9.
Budget iPad, according to resource information cnBeta, due to be released in spring 2021. The iPad 9 is speculated to have a larger display and the A13 Bionic chipset. According to the leaks, the design of the new iPad will be very much like the iPad 8. However, the device will become thinner and lighter. In addition, the screen size will increase from 10.2 inches to 10.5 inches, suggesting that the iPad 9 will have thinner bezels than the iPad 8.
It is unclear what Apple donated to make the iPad thinner and lighter, but presumably it could be the battery capacity. For reference, iPad 8 offers up to 10 hours of battery life. Apple also updated the iPad chipset, the A13 Bionic, instead of the A12 Bionic used in the iPad 8. 4GB of RAM instead of 3GB on the iPad 8, which, together with the new chipset, will increase performance. The entry-level iPad will remain priced at $ 329. The release is scheduled, according to insiders, for the spring of 2021.
