Apple has reduced the display bezels of the iPhone 12 Pro

by Henry Brown

As you know, Apple has slightly changed the design of the iPhone 12 relative to the previous generation of its smartphones. In addition to adding flat edges in the style of the iPhone 5S, the new phones have a smaller chin, at least in the Pro version.

The iPhone 11 Pro has a 4.1mm bottom bezel, while the iPhone 12 Pro has a 3.47mm bezel. In general, the latest iPhones exhibit symmetrical bezels around the screen. But Samsung, on the contrary, increased the chin in the Galaxy S20 from 2 mm to more than 3 mm – why this was done, one manufacturer knows.

The iPhone 12 lineup was unveiled on October 13. This year, buyers will be able to choose from four models: iPhone 12, 12 mini, 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max. Read more about the latest Apple event in our blog post.
