An $1,800 smartwatch that needs to be charged every day. TAG Heuer Connected Caliber E4 presented
TAG Heuer has a new smart watch: the Connected Caliber E4 model is presented in two versions – with 42 and 45 mm screens. However, in terms of software and hardware, the novelty can hardly be called advanced: SoC Snapdragon Wear 4100+ will be two years old this summer, the software platform is Wear OS 2, although the same Galaxy Watch 4 uses Wear OS 3. However, Wear OS 3 for Connected Caliber E4 will still be released – later this year.
Both versions are equipped with AMOLED screens and the same set of functions, including heart rate sensor, NFC, compass, altimeter, GPS. The battery capacity varies: in the younger version – 330 mAh, in the older version – 430 mAh. Although the autonomy in both cases is small and amounts to a day. True, this is without limitation of functionality.
The base version of the TAG Heuer Connected Caliber E4 in 42mm stainless steel is $1,800, while the 45mm version (in this case, the screen diameter is 1.39 inches) is slightly more expensive at $2,050. The 45mm version will be offered with a titanium case for $2,550. Sales start next month.

The rotating bezel, which Samsung removed from the Galaxy Watch 5, will appear in the new watch, according to images of the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic shared by a reputable insider OnLeaks.
If the renders are true, then the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic will look like the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic. The watch is shown in a completely black matte metal case with a silicone bracelet with a magnetic clasp. According to SamMobile, they will get a 1.47-inch Super AMOLED screen with a resolution of 470 x 470 pixels.
There are also two buttons on the side that were used for navigation in previous Galaxy Watch models. SamMobile reports that the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic will feature the Exynos W980 chipset, which should be about 10% faster than the Exynos W920 used in the Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 5.
The Galaxy Watch 6 series is expected to provide sleep tracking, body composition analysis, a heart rate sensor, a temperature sensor, GPS, NFC, and a barometer. There are also rumors that the device is equipped with a 425 mAh battery.
The company is expected to unveil the watch at the Galaxy Unpacked event, which is rumored to take place on July 26th.
OnLeaks previously released renderings of the Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12 Pro, Samsung Galaxy S22, Sony Xperia XZ4, Google Pixel 4 XL, Huawei Mate 40 Pro, Sony Xperia 10 III before their official release, and all of these leaks have subsequently been confirmed.

The new Mercedes-Benz E-Class will receive support for the Apple Car Key feature, which allows you to use your iPhone and Apple Watch instead of an alternative to key fobs or physical car keys.

The car can recognize multiple users at the same time, and up to 16 people can use the digital car key. Sharing is possible through AirDrop, iMessage, and other messaging services. The recipient can then add it to their own Apple Wallet.

When used with a compatible iPhone and Apple Watch, you can lock, unlock, and start your vehicles. Car keys are stored in the Wallet app on iPhone and Apple Watch and can be shared with other iPhone users. The latest iPhone models also allow you to use the car key if the smartphone is empty.
The list of companies that offer this feature includes BMW, Kia, Hyundai, Genesis and BYD. Recently it became known that the British sports car company Lotus is also ready to support Car Key.
