India has blocked about 43 Chinese applications due to potential damage to the country’s sovereignty. Among them was the popular AliExpress online store.

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology of the Government of India today issued a decree in accordance with Section 69A of the Information Technology Act, blocking access to 43 mobile applications. – noted in the department.

So, according to the published data, the department received information about these applications, which informs about the possibility of their use for activities that could damage the sovereignty and integrity of the country. In addition, the applications are suspected of the possibility of causing damage and “security of the state and public order.
