AirPods Pro 2 software issues may be fixed, but what about the build quality? New owner complaints

Published

Reports continue to surface that some early adopters of the AirPods Pro 2 are not very happy with their purchase.

As previously reported, AirPods Pro 2 may disconnect randomly and disconnect from iPhone or iPad for unexplained reasons. There are also reviews from some users that the phone may mistakenly display information that AirPods Pro 2 are connected, but in fact they are not connected. There are suggestions that these problems should be resolved in the next firmware.

However, there are problems that Apple will not be able to fix: it is reported that the Cupertino company may have lowered the quality control that suffered in the manufacture of this product. Users do complain about the build quality, in particular the hinge that holds the charging case cover is recessed unevenly, protruding from one side.

For headphones that cost $250 (speculators raised prices to $400 for the first batch), this performance seems unacceptable.
