AeroCool Dorado PSUs are 80 Plus Gold certified
This week, AeroCool unveiled a line of mid-range PSUs called Dorado. These are fixed cable PSUs with addressable full color backlighting. They are 80 Plus Gold certified.
The AeroCool Dorado series includes 550W, 650W and 750W power supplies. Each model has two 8-pin (4 + 4) EPS connectors. The 750W model has three 8-pin (6 + 2) PCIe connectors, while the 650 and 550W models have two. All cables are flat.
The backlight is built into the 120mm fan. The fan speed depends on the load and is 800 rpm at a load of up to 50%. In this case, the noise level does not exceed 10 dBA. The backlight can be controlled using the built-in 13-preset controller or by synchronizing it to any ARGB system via a standard 3-pin connector.
The blocks are built according to the scheme with one + 12V rail and active power factor correction. Of course, the circuit provides protection against major abnormal conditions. The manufacturer does not name prices.

But Intel only managed to release competitors for the Threadripper 5000. Asus confirms that the Ryzen Threadripper 7000 will be released in the second half of the year

AMD is indeed going to launch Ryzen Threadripper 7000 processors in the second half of this year. Previously, these were just rumors and leaks, and now this was announced by an Asus representative.
Interestingly, he mentioned this in a video demonstrating the work of the Intel Sapphire Rapids WS platform, the processors of which are currently competing with the Threadripper 5000, but soon they will have to compete with the Threadripper 7000.
Threadripper 7000 will switch to a new socket and a new Zen 4 architecture. This will bring them support for DDR5 memory, probably PCIe 5.0 interface. In addition, the top-end Threadripper 7000s are expected to be 96-core, just like their sister Epyc Genoa.
