A4 Tech has unveiled three new G650S, G530S and G520S noise canceling gaming headsets.
Everything you need to win
The headphones have a closed design that will partially isolate the players from external noise. According to the company, the G520S is designed for long gaming sessions without the consequences of headaches, and received a comfortable headband with a lightweight design. In turn, the G650S stand out with softer ear cushions.
G530S, G650S, G520S
Headphones and speakers differ. Inside the G530S and G520S are 50mm drivers, and the G650S received speakers on 40 mm… In all cases, neodymium magnets are used for crisp bass. The frequency range of all models is 20 Hz – 20 kHz, and the sensitivity varies: 105 dB for the G530S and G520S, and 100 dB for the G650S.
Bloody also boasts dual sound chambers that deliver deep, resonant bass and crisp highs and mids.
The built-in microphones of the G650S, G530S, and G520S pick up sound from any direction and can suppress ambient noise. Frequency response is from 100 Hz to 10 kHz and sensitivity is 45 dB for all three models.
Yealink BH72 and BH76 headsets connect via Bluetooth
The Yealink catalog has been replenished with BH76 and BH72 Bluetooth headsets, aimed at those who have chosen a “hybrid” work scheme, that is, it combines work in the office with remote work from home. According to the manufacturer, he “understands the need for a product that can meet work requirements while being portable and flexible enough for everyday use.”
The new headsets are said to “fit seamlessly” into office environments and are suitable for on-the-go use, aided by a modern design and hidden microphone boom. The devices support the aptX audio codec and have active noise cancellation. Thanks to the array of microphones, high-quality voice communication is ensured. Qi wireless charging is also a plus. Fully charged in 3 hours, the headset can work in music listening mode up to 40 hours. In the voice communication mode, the autonomy margin is 35 hours. The manufacturer does not provide other technical data, differences between the two models and prices.
An era is gone: the headphones from the iPhone kit will disappear even in France
Apple is no longer required to include EarPods with every iPhone sold in France. This was reported by the French thematic resource Consomac, citing explanations published by the French retailer Fnac.
Why is this news interesting not only to the French? The fact is that since the release of the iPhone 12 in 2020, Apple has removed EarPods and chargers from all its smartphones, explaining this step by caring for the environment. However, an exception was made – in France, the law required that the headphones be kept in the box. As a result, a special package was produced for France – a regular box with an iPhone was packed into another larger box with EarPods.
Now everything will change. As of January 24, Apple is no longer required to include headphones in the box with every iPhone, even in France. The new law was adopted at the end of 2021 and is also designed to reduce the impact of humanity on the environment.
Apple’s decision to slash the iPhone’s packaging has sparked controversy in other countries as well. For example, in Brazil, Apple was fined $2 million for not including a power adapter in the iPhone box.
Tesla can now produce its own headphones and speakers
Tesla now has the ability to sell audio equipment under its own brand. The automaker filed for a trademark in the new category two weeks ago.
Tesla has applied to use the “Tesla” and “T” trademarks. The category covers microphones, headphones, digital audio players, sound transmitters, speakers, subwoofers, ear pads, audio interfaces, equalizers, and so on.
It is important to note that companies sometimes apply for trademarks that they end up not using. For one reason, Tesla designs its own speaker for its vehicles and labels them with its own brand and logo. Or Tesla may actually be designing its own headphones.
In recent years, Tesla has paid special attention to the sound system of its vehicles. The sound system in the Model 3 has been well received by audiophiles, and the sound system in the new version of the Model S also received positive reviews. It has been compared to the expensive Bang & Olufsen system often used in premium cars. At the same time, Elon Musk commented on this comparison: “Tesla audio engineers came from B&O and many other companies. Our system is well programmed, so we continue to improve it with updates.”
More recently, Tesla has also hired several engineers from Jawbone and Amazon Lab126, where they are developing the Echo speakers.
