A new hit from Realme? Realme GT Neo 5 Pro will get a 144-Hz screen, a 5200 mAh battery, a top-end Sony sensor and 150-watt charging
Almost immediately after the announcement, the Realme GT Neo 5 became a hit in China, and now the well-known insider Digital Chat Station has revealed details about another model of the line that Realme is working on – Realme GT Neo 5 Pro. Judging by the balanced characteristics, it can repeat the hit status of the regular GT Neo 5.
The Realme GT Neo 5 Pro will feature a 6.74-inch OLED flat screen with a resolution of 1.5K (2772 x 1240 pixels), a frame rate of 144Hz and a PWM frequency of 2160Hz.
The front camera of the model will be 16-megapixel, the main one will have a top-end 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 sensor. The hardware platform will be based on SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 – Realme GT Neo 5 Pro will be the first model of the manufacturer on this single-chip system.
The maximum amount of RAM will be 16 GB, flash memory – 1 TB. The device will receive a 5200 mAh battery with support for 150 W charging (usually such a fast charge is combined with a smaller capacity battery). The software platform will be Android 13 with Realme UI 4.0 interface.
Previously, Digital Chat Station was the first to accurately announce the specifications and release dates of Redmi K50 and Xiaomi 12.
Laptops

Of course, there are simpler versions. The base one has a Core i7-13620H, RTX 4060 Laptop, 16 GB of RAM and no storage. For such a PC they ask for $750. The most expensive one will be the one with Core i9-13900H, RTX 4070 Laptop, 32 GB of RAM and a 1 TB SSD. For such a PC you will have to pay 1230 dollars.
From the rest we can highlight Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, HDMI 2.1 (x2), USB-C (x2), USB 3.2 (x2), RJ45 and dimensions 260 x 165 x 42 mm.

There are no details yet, but it is known that the line will include four models with diagonals of 55, 65, 75 and 85 inches. All new products will receive 4K UHD screens with a frequency of 144 Hz, SoC MediaTek MT9653, 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of flash memory.
At the same time, the prices for the devices will be very low: 381, 483, 674 and 879 dollars in increasing order of diagonal.
Phones

The “smartphone-clutch” Honor V Purse, despite its positioning as a fashion accessory and form factor, is priced at not the most $825 for the basic version. Considering the same form factor and positioning, it would be useful to know that screen repair will cost the owner almost 70% of the cost of the smartphone.
As it became known, Honor will charge about $558 for screen repair. This is the price in China at the current exchange rate. It will also be very expensive to replace the motherboard: $274 or $342 depending on the configuration. Of course, this includes the platform, RAM and flash memory, since all this is soldered on the board.

Considering that this is a “smartphone-clutch”, it will be much easier to damage the screen of such a device than a regular smartphone that is constantly carried in a pocket or bag. And the prices for repairs indicate that it is better to be careful.
