The Chinese company Anbernic will launch the Win600 handheld game console based on the AMD Athlon processor with Radeon Vega 3 graphics in July. The novelty will receive Windows 10 Home and Linux-based Steam OS support, as well as a price tag of $ 300.

Promised 8 GB of RAM, but only in single-channel mode. There will also be 128 or 256 GB in the form of an M.2 2242 SSD. The device will receive a design typical of such consoles, which includes a small screen, D-Pad, analog sticks, control buttons and triggers. Also, the novelty will receive active cooling, stereo speakers, as well as headphone and microphone outputs.

It seems that such a console would be well suited for running retro games or streaming games in the clouds. Given that the hardware is rather weak, it is unlikely that she will be able to run the same Cyberpunk 2077.

Steam has updated the statistics on the use of PC components by gamers, and the GeForce RTX 3060 came out on top in the June rating of video cards. Moreover, in two versions at once: mobile and desktop. Together, the two variants of these 3D accelerators are installed on over 5.5% of Steam users’ PCs.

Chinese brand AOKZOE has unveiled its first handheld console called the A1. This device is based on AMD Ryzen 7 6800U processor with Radeon 680M graphics core. The novelty will receive an 8-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels.

Other features include 16/32GB LPDDR5X-6400 RAM, built-in aiming gyroscope and vibration feedback motor, RGB lighting with 3 modes and 20 effects.

The console is said to pull Elden Ring at 60 FPS and Forza Horizon 5 at over 100 FPS. It should also be noted that a Standard and Ultimate edition is expected. The second, apparently, will receive a 65 Wh battery.
