24GB RAM, 240W, 144Hz. Will Realme GT Neo6 be the perfect flagship?
A well-known insider Digital Chat Station has revealed the detailed characteristics of the upcoming Realme GT Neo6 smartphone. And judging by this list, Realme is preparing to introduce an almost perfect flagship.
Realme GT Neo6 will receive a 6.74-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 1.5K, a frame rate of 144 Hz and a PWM frequency of 2160 Hz.
The hardware platform will be based on the SoC Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. The amount of RAM will be 24 GB (it will become the second device in the world with this amount of RAM after the recently introduced Red Magic 8S Pro), the amount of flash memory is 1 TB.
As usual, there will be two variants of the smartphone, they will differ in the power subsystem: one model will receive a 4600 mAh battery with support for 240 W charging, the second will have a 5200 mAh battery with support for 150 W charging.
The camera in Realme GT Neo6 will not be top-end, but the main sensor is quite a flagship one – Sony IMX890 (the module with it will have optical image stabilization). The resolution of the other two sensors is 8 and 2 megapixels.
Realme GT Neo6 weighs 205 grams and is 8.86 mm thick. The device will also receive a powerful vibration motor and an IR emitter. Alas, there is no data on the date of the premiere of the smartphone yet, but, apparently, it will happen in the coming weeks.
Previously, Digital Chat Station was the first to accurately announce the specifications and release dates of Redmi K50 and Xiaomi 12, as well as Xiaomi 13.
The YouTube video platform team has introduced a new application called YouTube Create, which allows you to edit videos directly on your phone.
The new app aims to encourage more people to create YouTube Shorts, a TikTok-style video offered by YouTube. It’s generally easier to make a TikTok video than a full YouTube video. The creation of a separate app also follows TikTok’s strategy of releasing a separate (and popular) app called CapCut, which helps create videos for TikTok and other platforms.
The app offers tools such as precision editing and trimming, automatic subtitles, voiceover capabilities, and access to a library of filters, effects, transitions, and royalty-free music.
The YouTube Create app will soon be available as a free beta download for Android in countries including the US, Germany, France, UK, Indonesia, India, Korea and Singapore. An iOS version is planned for release next year.
