Together with the advanced Magic V2 foldable smartphone and Watch 4 smartwatch, Honor today introduced the MagicPad 13 tablet computer. The device is built on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 platform, which is no longer a flagship, but the screen is quite on par with current top-end devices.

It is characterized by a diagonal of 13 inches, a resolution of 2880 x 1840 pixels and a frame rate of 144 Hz. The screen occupies 90% of the front panel area, and its maximum brightness is 700 cd/sq.m. The thickness of the tablet is only 6.4 mm, the weight is 660 grams.

The MagicPad 13 has 8 speakers and is IMAX Enhanced certified. The software platform is MagicOS 7.2 based on Android 13.

As for prices, they look like this: 8/256 GB – $400, 12/256 GB – $460, 16/512 GB – $515.

Together with the tablet, Honor introduced the Magic Pencil 3 stylus – with an autonomy of 10 hours and support for 4096 degrees of pressure. The price of the stylus is $70.

As expected, today at a presentation in China, Huawei presented its flagship tablet – MatePad Pro. This is a huge gadget with a diagonal of 13.2 inches, it is positioned as the world’s thinnest and lightest large tablet with an edge-to-edge screen.

The tablet weighs 580 grams, the thickness is 5.5 mm, the screen frames are only 3.4 mm wide, and the screen occupies 94% of the front panel area. The manufacturer compares the device with the 12.9-inch iPad Pro, which turned out to be heavier and thicker.
