Lenovo today officially introduced the Xiaoxin Pad 2022 tablet computer. This device captivates with a price of only $ 150 for the basic version (for first buyers), and at the same time it cannot be said that they saved much on hardware components.
So, Xiaoxin Pad 2022 received an IPS screen with a diagonal of 10.6 inches and a resolution of 2K. The battery capacity was 7700 mAh (20 W charging is supported), there are four speakers. The hardware platform is based on the Snapdragon 680 SoC. There are also two 8 MP cameras (main and front), Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 5.1 adapters, a USB-C port, a standard headphone jack, a slot for microSD memory cards up to 1 TB.
Dimensions new items are 241.2 x 158.8 x 7.45 mm, weight – 465 grams. The Android version is not reported, but it is said that the ZUI 13 interface is available. The version with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of flash memory will go to the first buyers for $ 180. Retail sales of new items will start on May 31.

Today, Huawei officially unveiled the MatePad Pro 11 2024 tablet computer, and it turned out to be the first device in its category to support two-way satellite communication – it is implemented only in China through the national Beidou orbital constellation.
But that’s not all the features: Huawei calls the MatePad Pro 11 2024 “the thinnest 11-inch tablet” – the device is only 5.9 mm thick (and weighs 449 grams).
The MatePad Pro 11 2024 hardware platform is based on the Kirin 9000S SoC with a slightly reduced frequency: the device scores 1244 points in the single-threaded Geekbench test and 3793 points in the multi-threaded test. The device received an OLED screen, occupying 92% of the front panel area, and support for 66 W charging.
Huawei MatePad Pro 11 2024 is offered in two configurations: 12/256 GB for $600 and 12/512 GB for $670.

Xiaomi is working on a new tablet called Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro, the characteristics of which were discovered in the MIUI firmware code.
According to GSMChina, the device will be equipped with a 10-inch LCD panel manufactured by Tianma. The LCD panel will have a resolution of 1480 x 2367 pixels and will support a refresh rate of 144 Hz. Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro had a size of 11 inches. The new Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro will be a smaller tablet in comparison.
Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro will be built on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 single-chip system. The Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro used the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. The new tablet should be faster than its predecessor. Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is used, we recall, in Xiaomi 13.
There are two cameras on the back of the tablet. These are the main camera and the depth camera. On the front panel there is a front camera for taking selfies. There are no characteristics yet
The new tablet is equipped with 4 speakers. Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro will only be available in the Chinese market. The device will be released with the HyperOS operating system based on Android 14 out of the box.
In addition, there is information that the standard Xiaomi Pad 7 will be sold on the global market. The tablets are expected to be officially launched alongside the Xiaomi 14 Ultra in April next year.
The Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro tablet will be very, very productive. According to leaks, it will be based on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.
Information about the new product was found in Mi Code, so the launch is probably not far off. In addition to an excellent platform, the tablet, hiding behind the code name Sheng, will also have a 144-Hz 10-inch screen with a resolution of 2367 x 1480 pixels and four speakers.
As a result, the new Xiaomi product will be one of the most productive tablets on the market. There are still very few models with SoC Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, and none with Gen 3 yet, and they are unlikely to appear in the coming months.
